Experience you can put to work
Ivor is a planning and cost control engineer with more than 50 years of experience in Australia and overseas. His background includes construction management, quantity surveying, project controls, IT construction software development, and practical use of MS Project and Primavera P6.
Projects have included residential and commercial buildings, civil infrastructure, mining, petro-chemicals, and engineering studies, shipbuilding and refurbishment work.
Some organisations worked with over the years include BHP, Austal, CSIRO, Downer, RioTinto, Chevron, Woodside, Anglo Gold, and Monadelphous.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Building Science (Construction Management); Registered Building Practitioner; Australian Institute of Building member (retired).
How the work starts

Yes. Ivor can examine schedule logic, activity durations, float, critical path and how progress is recorded. The depth of review depends on the information available.
Can you help with a tender programme?
Yes. Tender and baseline programmes can be prepared around the scope, sequencing, milestones and submission requirements you provide.
Do you work outside Perth?
Yes. Ivor is based in Perth and can support clients elsewhere in Australia remotely.
Do you provide MS Project or Primavera P6 training?
Yes. One-to-one and team training is available separately. Microsoft Project training and Primavera P6 training are described on Perth Software.
